Although many vendors suggest you can sleep in Swiss and/or French Lace Wigs we have learnt that the knots can loosen and it can cause shedding. We do not recommend sleeping in Swiss and/or French Lace Wigs. If you prefer to sleep in your wig HD lace may be a better option. Should use Scalp Refresher when wearing more than 1 week.
