I understand card payments are for PREPAY only. A clearly disclosed convenience fee/surcharge may apply where permitted by law and card-network rules (not exceeding our cost of acceptance). ACH has no fee.

Card Chargebacks

I agree not to initiate a chargeback without first using Hairline Illusions’ RMA/warranty process. Unauthorized chargebacks may suspend terms and account status.*

Checks — Clearance & Ship Timing

“I understand orders paid by check ship 3–5 business days AFTER the check clears and our bank confirms collected funds. Returned/NSF checks incur bank fees plus a $35 admin fee.*

Confidentiality — Bases, Materials & Brochure

acknowledge that Hairline Illusions (“HI”) base architectures, patterns, sealants, materials science (e.g., medical-grade polymers and skin-kind meshes), training content, and details shared in meetings, trainings, and documents (including the partner brochure) are confidential trade secrets. I will not disclose, post, or share any such information publicly or on social media. Access is limited to authorized staff for sales/service of HI products.*

No-Marketplace Resale Policy

“I will not sell Hairline Illusions hair systems on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace), nor private-label or rebrand them, without prior written consent from Hairline Illusions. Sales are limited to my salon’s owned channels and in-person services.”*

No-Marketplace Resale Policy

Brand Language & MAP

“I will use approved product names and materials language (e.g., medical-grade polymers; avoid terms implying industrial-grade silicone). I will not make medical claims. I agree to follow MAP/price integrity and avoid blanket %-off discounting.*

Photography, Cap Images & Client Consent

“I will not publish macro/inside-cap images or videos without written permission. I will obtain written client consentbefore sharing any client images.”*

Sanitation, Safety & Adhesive-Optional Positioning

“I will follow sanitation protocols, conduct patch tests where adhesives are used, present adhesive-optional solutions first when appropriate, and provide aftercare instructions. I will use single-use liners/tapes and avoid use on broken skin.”*

Client Data & Privacy

“I will keep client measurements/photos confidential, restrict access, and follow HIPAA-aligned practices where applicable. No sharing without client consent.”*

Warranty & PCCA

“I understand that warranty evaluations use the PCCA (Cap Comprehensive Assessment) process, and approved cases are repaired/resealed per policy.”*

Locator & Co-Marketing

“I consent to being listed on the Hairline Illusions Salon Locator after completing certification and the opening order. I agree to use only approved brand assets.”*
