Replacement Policy for Other Brands:

When Non-Hairline Illusions Hair Systems Are Damaged/Lost:

NO CASH SETTLEMENTS - Direct Replacement Only:

  • Option 1: Equivalent new Hairline Illusions model (recommended)

  • Option 2: Direct replacement coordination with original manufacturer

  • Option 3: Trade up to premium Hairline Illusions model (customer pays difference)
