Welcome. We understand that hair loss during cancer treatment or from alopecia can affect how you see yourself. You deserve to feel confident and beautiful during this challenging time.

Since 2004, Hairline Illusions has provided premium human hair wigs to women and girls experiencing medical hair loss. Our wigs are custom-fitted, made with real human hair, and designed for comfort during treatment.

 

About Our Assistance Program

We offer several ways to help based on your individual situation:

  • Sliding scale pricing based on financial need

  • Payment plan options to make wigs more accessible

  • Partial subsidies for qualifying applicants

  • Insurance navigation assistance to help maximize your benefits

We provide various types of wigs depending on your specific needs, from premium wefted wigs to advanced custom systems. Each option includes medical-grade cotton liners essential for comfort during treatment.

 

Who Can Apply

Our program is open to:

  • Women undergoing active cancer treatment

  • Women who have completed cancer treatment and are experiencing ongoing hair loss

  • Girls (any age) with alopecia or medical hair loss

  • Anyone experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions or treatment

We recognize that the effects of treatment can persist long after completion. We're here to support you wherever you are in your journey.

 

How to Apply

Step 1: Complete the application form below

Step 2: We'll review your application and contact you within 7-10 business days

Step 3: If approved, we'll schedule a consultation to create your custom wig
