Hairline Illusions™ Trunk Show Policies

1. Registration Fee

A $75 registration fee is required to secure your appointment.The fee is non-refundable, but will be fully credited toward any purchase made during the trunk show.

2. Limited Attendance

Attendance is by RSVP only.Spaces are limited to ensure a private, personalized experience for each guest.Appointment confirmations will be sent once registration and payment are received.

3. Event AccessIn-Person Guests (Florida): The event address will be provided after registration is confirmed.Virtual Guests: A secure private link will be sent to your registered email 24 hours before your scheduled session.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Due to limited availability, rescheduling is not guaranteed. Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance if you cannot attend.Registration fees remain non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

5. Purchases & Special Pricing

All trunk show purchases are final.Special event pricing is available only during the trunk show and cannot be extended beyond the event date.Registration fee will be automatically applied toward your purchase.

6. Consultations & Services

Each guest will receive a private consultation with one of our artisan stylists.Guests may bring reference photos or provide head size/measurements in advance to personalize their session.

7. Confidentiality & Photography

Out of respect for our clientele, photography or video recording is not permitted during the event unless approved by Hairline Illusions™.Client information and consultations remain strictly confidential.

8. Confidentiality & Intellectual PropertyAll personal information collected by Hairline Illusions™ is protected with the utmost care.The Confidential Information to be disclosed at this event may include, but is not limited to:Hair Replacement, Cranial Prosthesis, Hair Prosthesis, Wig, and Topper base foundation inventions and descriptionsTechnical and business information relating to proprietary ideas and inventionsPatentable ideas, trade secrets, drawings, illustrations, and patent searchesExisting and/or contemplated products and servicesResearch, development, and production methods. Confidential Information must not be shared with third parties, disclosed publicly, or posted on social media.By attending this event (in person or virtually), you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and voluntarily accept the duties and obligations set forth herein, nationally and internationally.
