Step #1: Email info@hairlineillusions.com

• Email photos of your natural hair with extensions or wig.
• Optional: Email photos of your desired hair texture (curl), color and density.  Please name the attachment same as described (i.e. texture-curl.jpg, hair-color.jpg, hair-density.jpg, etc.)

Step #2: Confirm Specs

• Phone Consultation to discuss photos and best options and specifics. 
• Order form, mold making and measuring instructions are emailed and/or completed.
• Your order is confirmed and 50% deposit is collected via bank wire or online invoice.

Step #3 We start building your hairpiece.

Step #4 After receiving your balance your order is shipped with detailed application and care instructions.

No refunds for custom hairpieces and final sample sales.

Stock Hairpiece Returns must be received in original package with all sent including gift items for refunded items. Return RTN numbers should be written on the outside of original packaging. Refunds can take from 30 to 90 business days depending on refund type. If a refund is rewarded for custom unit, refunds are processed as they were received (i.e. if you leave a $500 deposit using your credit card we will refund $500 to the credit card used to leave your deposit. If you pay by cash, check or money order a check in the refund amount will be mailed to you.) Constructing a hairpiece can take anywhere from 60 to 400 hours or up to 8 months depending on the tier, hair and base materials used. 20%-50% restocking fee covers part of the expenses used to construct your hairpiece. Selling a restocked custom hairpiece is difficult. In most cases it will listed as a closeout item. Full refunds are sometimes offered if hairpiece can be resold at full price. Customer may have to wait 3-6 months for item to be sold before receiving refund. Sorry no refunds for all discounted or sale units. Revisions and store credit only.
