Cancellation Policy
We understand that things may come up, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment, whether it is in-person or virtual. However, please be aware that we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure that our time and resources are being used effectively. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 72 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, 100% of the consultation fee or deposit is applied to the cost of your service or hair system, unless you miss your appointment. If you miss your appointment, there is a $250 service charge. The remaining balance will be applied to the cost of your service or hair system. If you wish to reschedule your appointment after missing it, you will need to pay the $250 service charge again. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a complementary business consulting Discovery Call to our clients, but we do have a cancellation policy in place to ensure that our time and resources are being used effectively. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Discovery Call, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, there will be no penalty. If you miss your appointment without giving us any notice, we may not be able to offer you another complementary Discovery Call in the future.
