Service Description

100% Of the consultation fee is applied to the cost of your service, class or wig unless you miss your consultation. If you miss your appointment there is a 50% service charge. Your consultation balance is applied to the cost of your service. WHAT TO BRING: • Government Issued ID to enter the building.(Required) • 2 oz liquid make-up (Required) • Wig/Hair samples of desired colors. (Optional) • Photos of desired styles. (Optional) What to expect during your phone consultation: 1. We will discuss Scalp/Hair for analysis. 2. We will discuss and select hair textures and colors. 3. We will discuss base samples. 4. We will discuss and review photos of desired densities and styles. 5. We map out hair densities throughout the system. 6. Wig attachment(s) are discussed and selected. 7. Mold template of your head is completed. 8. Measurements are taken of your head for accuracy. 9. Measurements of hair lengths are taken of you head for accuracy. 10. Photos of your natural hair are taken. 11. Base color(s) are discussed. 12. System production times are discussed depending on base and hair type. 13. Order form is completed. 14. 50% Deposit of the cost of your wig. Checks and cash are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things may come up, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment, whether it is in-person or virtual. However, please be aware that we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure that our time and resources are being used effectively. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 72 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, 100% of the consultation fee or deposit is applied to the cost of your service or hair system, unless you miss your appointment. If you miss your appointment, there is a $250 service charge. The remaining balance will be applied to the cost of your service or hair system. If you wish to reschedule your appointment after missing it, you will need to pay the $250 service charge again. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a complementary business consulting Discovery Call to our clients, but we do have a cancellation policy in place to ensure that our time and resources are being used effectively. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Discovery Call, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, there will be no penalty. If you miss your appointment without giving us any notice, we may not be able to offer you another complementary Discovery Call in the future.
