Hairline Illusions™ Partial Grants to Medical Hair Loss Victims for 2009

NEW YORK - Hairline Illusions™ today announced 20 partial grants to be rewarded to hair loss victims for Lace Cranial Hair Prosthesis “Medical Wigs”. The grants are awarded to men, women and children - Cancer Survivors undergoing chemotherapy. These grants will also match funds from aid foundations and insurance claims that will enable victims to receive a Hairline Illusions™ Cranial Hair Prosthesis at no cost. Applicants must submit a Doctor's Note or Prescription for Cranial Hair Prosthesis by October 28th, 2008. These grants are awarded right away.
The Hairline Illusions Grant Program was created from the concept when people look good, they have a tendency to feel good. The hair loss can be a crisis that's hard for many to take. The right wig can make all the difference in the world – boosting self-esteem.
We at Hairline Illusions realize that patients suffering from hair loss may not be able to obtain high quality wigs for hair replacement. Ascot Fund Established to Help People Obtain Hair Prostheses
An anonymous donor has given NAAF a grant to establish the “Ascot Fund”. People who are in need of assistance in acquiring a hair prosthesis can contact the NAAF office to apply for an Ascot Fund grant of $300-$500 to go toward the purchase of a hair prosthesis. NAAF is also accepting donations to add to the Ascot Fund account. Please contact the NAAF office for an application or to donate to this exciting new initiative.
